Shenyang JINBEI Expands Across Overseas Markets
Shenyang JINBEI has made overseas expansion a priority. At its overseas business conference in April, the company set out its international strategy and began a coordinated global expansion. It plans to offer both conventional and new energy vehicles for varied overseas applications while developing KD plants and sales networks abroad. JINBEI is moving beyond a model based solely on product exports toward a broader approach that includes technical cooperation, local production and government projects.

JINBEI is aligning its overseas expansion with Belt and Road cooperation. In May, it signed an order worth more than RMB 300 million for JINBEI Grand Haise vehicles with Hue Kim Long Motor of Vietnam’s Phuong Trang Group. The partners will also develop the Southeast Asian market and a local KD production project. The first Grand Haise vehicles are expected to roll off the Vietnam line in early September, another major result since JINBEI’s overseas business conference in April.
JINBEI has also reached cooperation intentions with customers in Malaysia and Myanmar. It is developing locally adapted right hand drive Grand Haise and Haise King EV models to strengthen competitiveness in these markets.

In June this year, JINBEI Haise King won a Turkmenistan light passenger vehicle procurement project. The first five vehicles have now been delivered, marking a new stage of JINBEI’s entry into Central Asia.
In the Middle East, JINBEI has reached an understanding with a leading partner on complete vehicle exports. The initial pilot will focus on Saudi Arabia, with plans for deeper cooperation on distribution and customized models.
In Africa, JINBEI signed strategic cooperation agreements in Shenyang with partners from Tanzania and Zambia, reaching intended orders totaling 4,500 vehicles, including Haise and Grand Haise light passenger models. On KD projects, its Egypt CKD project is progressing: welding equipment, five vehicle bodies and final assembly components have arrived or are arriving in Egypt, and factory construction is accelerating. JINBEI has also reached an intention to cooperate on a KD project with a Tunisian partner, covering products, marketing and technical services.

In Central and South America, JINBEI secured a 50 vehicle Haise order from a Bolivian customer, laying a foundation for further expansion. It has also reached strategic cooperation intentions with customers in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay, covering vehicle sales, market development and KD plant construction. These results mark an initial opening in the region. JINBEI aims to build partnerships across several countries and levels, moving from orders toward deeper local cooperation and long term growth.

As the global automotive industry changes and Chinese automakers look abroad for growth, JINBEI is accelerating expansion in Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Central and South America. It is advancing KD plant construction, vehicle deliveries and order execution while exploring overseas business models. Through its products, reputation and services, it aims to contribute to the international reach of Chinese manufacturing.
