Shenyang JINBEI Signs RMB 300 Million Order with Vietnam’s Hue Kim Long Motor

On May 7, JINBEI (Shenyang) Automotive Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hue Kim Long Motor of Vietnam’s Phuong Trang Group covering complete vehicle trade, knock down assembly and joint new energy innovation. In the first phase, the Vietnamese partner will order more than RMB 300 million worth of JINBEI Grand Haise vehicles. This is another major cooperation outcome following JINBEI’s overseas business conference. Zhang Yue, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shenyang Automotive, and Deputy General Manager Qi Kai attended the signing ceremony. Phuong Trang Group is a Vietnamese enterprise active in real estate, passenger transport, logistics, automotive manufacturing, finance and infrastructure. Its passenger transport company operates 6,000 vehicles and is Vietnam’s largest passenger transport operator. It needs more capacity for short and medium distance urban connections, and regards Grand Haise as a suitable choice because of its performance and market reputation. Phuong Trang’s sales network in 11 major Vietnamese cities will help JINBEI vehicles reach end users and enter the market quickly. JINBEI General Manager Dai Jun said the parties would deepen strategic cooperation through complete vehicle imports in the first phase and local KD production in the second. Combining Chinese manufacturing expertise with local adaptation could address operating constraints while supporting employment and industrial development in Vietnam. Through technology transfer, supply chain coordination and shared standards, JINBEI aims to move beyond trade toward a global strategy and bring intelligent technology and innovation to customers worldwide.Source: Shenyang JINBEI Automotive.
