Who we are
This website, www.global-jinbei.com, and its Spanish, Arabic and French versions are operated by Jinbei (Shenyang) Automotive Co., Ltd. ("JINBEI", "we", "us"), a manufacturer of passenger vans, MPVs and special vehicles based in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. JINBEI is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our websites or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, request a quotation, apply to become a dealer or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide, such as:
- your name, company name, job title and country or region;
- your email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- your type of business, the vehicle models you are interested in, the estimated purchase quantity and purpose, and any message or files you send us.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers automatically receive technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this information is collected with cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and similar technologies).
Searches. If you use the site search, the words you enter are processed to return matching vehicles and pages.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal data such as health information or government identification numbers.
How we use your information
- to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and vehicle configurations, and follow up on your request;
- to assess dealer and distributor applications and manage our dealer network;
- to deliver and support vehicles purchased from JINBEI or our distributors, including spare parts, training and after-sales service;
- to operate, secure and improve our websites, for example by understanding which pages are useful and fixing technical problems;
- where you have agreed, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant JINBEI advertising on other websites;
- to keep business records and meet our legal and tax obligations, and to protect our rights in case of a dispute.
We do not sell your personal data.

- Steps before a contract and performance of a contract: answering your inquiry, preparing a quotation and supplying vehicles, parts and services;
- Legitimate interests: running and securing our websites, managing customer and dealer relationships and improving our products and services;
- Consent: analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Cookie Settings;
- Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records.
Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses, or may use, the following Google services:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site;
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, to measure our advertising and show JINBEI ads to people who visited the site;
- YouTube, where a page includes an embedded video. YouTube may set cookies when you play the video;
- Google Maps, when you open our address in Google Maps from the contact page. Google's terms apply on its site.
Google may collect and process information such as your IP address, device identifiers and browsing activity on this site. How we share information
We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- JINBEI authorised distributors and dealers in your market, so that they can follow up on your inquiry and support you locally;
- Service providers who host, secure and deliver our websites, run our inquiry forms and inquiry management system, provide visitor statistics, and handle email and messaging for us. They may only use the data to provide their services to JINBEI;
- Google, as described in Google services;
- Messaging platforms and social networks such as WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, if you choose to contact us or follow us there. Their own privacy policies apply;
- Logistics and payment partners, when needed to deliver vehicles and parts you order;
- Authorities, when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
International data transfers
JINBEI is based in China and works with customers and distributors in many countries. Your personal data will be processed in China and may be processed in other countries where our distributors and service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual commitments.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry, customer and dealer information for as long as needed to answer your request and manage our business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by accounting, tax and other legal rules. If an inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Cookie data is kept for the periods set by each cookie, and you can delete cookies from your browser at any time.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
California and other US states. Residents of certain US states have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information. If advertising cookies are enabled, you can opt out of this "sharing" by choosing "Essential only" in Cookie Settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our websites and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our websites are intended for business customers. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new services to our websites. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will show a notice on the website.
